Refund policy
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear. All sales are final for these items.
However, if you received the wrong size or color due to an error on our part, we will exchange the item for the correct one. To qualify for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the above conditions are met. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not qualify. All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the order fulfillment date.
